Your belongings go into one container on one day. That container is sealed in front of you and remains sealed until it returns to you. 24 hour security and CCTV

The yard is fenced, gated and covered by CCTV recording around the clock. Access is restricted to our staff and vehicles. The containers themselves sit on raised hardstanding, clear of ground moisture and with airflow underneath.

Storage for as long as you need

We hold goods for two weeks or six months, whichever your dates demand. There is no minimum rental period and no penalty for early return. If your timeline changes halfway through, we adjust.

One job with your removal

How storage works

Payment is straightforward. A 10% deposit at booking secures your collection date, and the balance is due after the job is complete, once your goods are delivered and unloaded. We take payment by bank transfer, card or cash. The fixed quote covers the collection, the storage weeks and the redelivery, so nothing is stacked on top later.

The longer-stay rate is deliberate. From eight weeks onward the weekly price drops to £15 + VAT, so the longer your gap runs, the less each extra week costs. A few things sit behind that headline rate. The price covers the container itself, the loading by our crew, the yard and the redelivery of the same sealed container. Container storage vs self-storage

The obvious alternative, particularly for Londoners, is a self-storage unit at one of the big national chains. The two products serve different needs, and which one fits depends on what you are storing and how you want to reach it.

If you need to visit your storage regularly, add items, remove seasonal goods or reorganise boxes, a self-storage unit is the better fit. The seal carries the rest of the weight. Once the container is sealed at your address, the seal number is logged and nothing opens it again until it is back in front of you. We do not decant goods between containers, we do not open containers for stock checks, and we do not share space between customers inside one container without physical separation and protective wrapping.

We see three main groups of storage customers, and the split is fairly even.
