• The addresses involved in your move, for collection and delivery
• The content of your enquiries, whether they come through our website forms, WhatsApp, email or phone
• Records of the quotes we prepare for you
• Basic website usage data, such as your IP address, browser type and which pages you visit

How we use your information

We use your information to provide our removals, packing and storage services, to respond to your enquiries and prepare your quotes, to improve our website, and to meet our legal obligations. That is the full list. We never sell your personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Where the law requires us to justify how we use your data, we rely on one of four bases: your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

About these terms

These terms apply when you book a removal, packing or storage service with Aviv Removals Limited (company number 12717932, VAT number 364 9251 76, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). By confirming a booking with us you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Quotations

Prices given over the phone or through our online tools are estimates only. The price that counts comes after we have surveyed your move. We survey every job, either by video call, a WhatsApp walk-through of your property, or an on-site visit for larger or more complex jobs. After the survey you receive a fixed price in writing.

Our fixed price promise

The price we agree is the price you pay. Once your written quote is confirmed, it does not change unless the job itself changes, for example if you add services or the details of the move differ from what was surveyed. If that happens we will tell you the new price and agree it with you before any extra work is done. No surprises on the day.

Payment

We ask for a 10% deposit when you book, which secures your date. The balance is due after the job is completed. You can pay by bank transfer, card or cash.

Insurance

Your belongings are insured while they are in transit with us, with goods in transit cover of up to £50,000. We also hold public liability cover, and goods kept in our storage containers are insured. If you have questions about what cover applies to your specific move, ask us before booking and we will set it out clearly.

Website content

The information on this website is provided for general guidance. Our services, availability and prices can change, and the fixed price for your move is always the one confirmed in writing after your survey, as described above. The website itself, including its text, images and branding, belongs to Aviv Removals Limited and must not be reused without our permission.

Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability for the goods we move and store is covered by the insurance described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
