Optional extras

• Full packing service. Our crew boxes the entire home, room by room, in the days before your move, including the loft and the toy cupboard nobody has opened since 2019.
• Fragile-only packing. The kitchen, the TVs, the mirrors and everything breakable, while you handle clothes, books and linen. It is the most popular middle ground.
• Self-pack materials delivery. You do the packing, we still bring the boxes, tape, bubble wrap and wardrobe cartons to your door in advance, and wrap and move every item of furniture on the day.

The three ways to get packed

Full packing service. Our crew boxes the entire home, room by room, in the days before your move. Kitchen, wardrobes, loft, the lot. You keep out only what you genuinely need for the last night. This is the choice for people whose time is better spent anywhere else, and for families juggling school runs and jobs against a moving date.

Fragile-only packing. You handle clothes, books and linen. We handle the kitchen, the TVs, the mirrors, the pictures and everything awkward or breakable. It is the sensible middle ground: you control the cost, and the items where packing skill actually matters sit with people who pack for a living.

Self-pack, with our materials and method. Some clients want to do the whole job themselves, and there is real satisfaction in it. We still supply the boxes, tape, bubble wrap and wardrobe cartons, and we still wrap and move every item of furniture on the day. How your packing service works

Packing and removals in one booking

Most packing happens alongside a move rather than as a separate project. Packing is the optional extra we add to house moves most often, and when we quote a house removal in London, packing is one of the options on the fixed quote, and the same crew that boxes your home loads, transports and unpacks it. Fragile and awkward items

What a packing service costs

Packing is priced as part of your removal quote, because the cost depends on the same factors as the move itself. For a standalone packing job we quote based on the property and the scope, after a survey. Either way it is one fixed price, agreed before anyone picks up a roll of tape.

What drives the number up or down:

Payment is straightforward. A 10% deposit at booking secures your dates, and the balance is due after the move is complete. We take payment by bank transfer, card or cash. Packing, transport and placement sit on the one fixed quote, so nothing gets invoiced separately after the day.

Packed and stored, without double handling

Timing does not always cooperate. Completion dates slip, the new flat is not ready, the tenancy has a gap. When packed goods need somewhere to live for a few weeks, they can go from your home straight into our own storage yard: loaded once, sealed into 250 cu ft wooden containers in front of you, and kept sealed until you want them back. That is the short version of our storage service in London, run by the same people who packed the boxes, so nothing gets handled twice.
